Ingredients:


1 LB ground beef
2 sliced onions
5 crated carrots
1 cup boiled garbanzo beans
1 ½ cups basmati rice
12 garlic cloves
½ cup olive oil
4 cups boiled water
Salt
Pepper


Directions:


Soak the rice for 2 hours
Fry the onion until golden
Add the beef and fry for 10 minutes while stirring
In a separate pot fry the garbanzo beans and the carrots with a bit of pepper
Add the rice, the garlic and the boiled water, cover, bring to boil and cook for an hour and a half in low heat
