1 pound ground chicken breast
2 cups rice
2 chopped onion
2 eggs
½ tsp cumin
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Directions:
Boil 3 cups of water and 1 tbsp salt
When boiling, add the rice and cook for 15 minutes and let it cool down
Add and mix the rest of the ingredients
Make golf size balls and flatten to patties
Fry in olive oil until golden
