2 pound chicken thighs
2 cups basmati rice
1 large chopped onion
2 chopped tomatoes
4 tbsp tomato paste
½ tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
Salt
Pepper
1 tsp honey
Directions:
Fry the chicken lightly until surface golden and set aside
Fry the onion until golden
Add chicken, tomato, tomato paste and spices with 1 cup of water and bring to boil
Cover and cook in low heat for 15 minutes
Add the rice and mix
Make sure that content is covered with liquids, if not add water
Cook in low heat for half hour until all liquids are absorbed
Turn of heat and let sit for 15 minutes
