2 cups rice
2 eggs
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp olive oil
6 chopped scallions
Salt
Black pepper
Directions:
Boil the rice and let it cool off
In a wok – scramble the eggs with 2 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper and put it aside
Fry the rice with 2 tbsp oil and the soy sauce until rice grains are separated
Add the scrambled eggs and fry for 5 minutes
Sprinkle the scallion on top and serve.
