2 pound ground turkey (or chicken or beef or any mix)
1 cup rice (the sticky type which is normaly rounder)
1 cup chopped dill
1 tbsp dry teragon
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
6 dry lemons (can be found in Iranian or middle east food shops)
Chop the onions and fry them.
Mix everything (except the dry lemon) in a large bowl.
In a large pot prepare a clear soup or any type you like.
While the soup is boiling make bowls about the size of a tennis ball and drop carefully into the soup.
Cook for about ½ hour, then break the dry lemons and mix with the soup and cook for another ½ hour.
