2 potatos (ground) 1 Onion (ground) 3 eggs 1 tsp salt Black pepper 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Drain liquids from ground potatos and onion. Add the eggs, the salt and pepper and mix. Heat the oil in a pan and add the mix, cook in medium heat for 2 minutes and then lower heat and cover. When bottom is brown, flip it over and cook the other side to brown.
