Ingredients:


2 pound red potatoes
2 eggs
2 cups flour
Salt
pepper


Directions:


Bake the potatoes in oven in 400 deg F for about an hour until soft
Mash the potatoes
Add eggs, flour, salt and pepper and mix well
Take a ball of the dough and make a rope of about 2 inches thick
Cut the rope to slices of 1 inch thickness and lay on a floured surface
Fill ¾ of a pot water and bring to boil
Cook the dough slices a few at a time until they float
Remove with a perforated spatula and lay on greased surface

Served together with Paprikash by dropping them in the paprikash pot and cooking for 5 minutes
