1/2 lb garbanzo beans
4 chopped green onions
1 cup chopped parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/3 tsp salt
Directions:
Soak the garbanzo beans overnight
Boil the garbanzo beans for 1/2 hour in a pressure pot or 1 hour in a regular pot
Darin and let cool down
In a large bowl mix all ingredients
