200gr dark chocolate
Vanila extract ½ container
1 cup sugar
Vegeterian whiped cream
2 table spoon instant coffee
2 packs of Pettit Beurre biscuits
Needs a tray 20”x20” or 2 tarys with the equivalent area.
Melt chocolate in low heat, add margarine and mix, add yoke and vanilla and mix, add instant coffee.
Whip the sugar with egg white, add the melted chocolate.
Whip the cream and mix all the above together.
Wet the biscuits and cover the bottom of the trays. Pour half of the mix in each tray and spread over the biscuits. Lay down additional layer of biscuits on top.
Freeze the trays and serve.
