2 lb chicken (thighs and drum sticks)
1 chopped onion
2 tomatoes
6 minced garlic cloves
3 tbsp olive oil
1 chopped hot pepper
5 cardamom beans
½ tsp ground clover
2 tbsp curry
½ tsp cinnamon
3 bay leaves
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 cup water
Directions:
Fry onion until golden
Add tomato, garlic, cardamom, clover, curry, cinnamon, salt and pepper and stir for a minutes
Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for half hour over medium heat
