Ingredients:


3 cups flour
1 pack dry yeast (10 grams)
1 OZ olive oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup water


Directions:


Put all ingredients in a mixer bowl and mix using the dough hook
Let it kneed for a minute and check if the dough stick to the bottom add flour, 1 tbsp at a time, if the dough is too thick add water, 1 tsp at a time
Let it kneed for 10 minutes, then cover with a plastic bag and let it rise until dubble in volume
Make balls about the size of a tennis ball and lay them on a plate and leave enough space for them to rise again and not stick to each other
Heat over to maximum heat (550F) with a baking pan inside (it is recommended to use a thick metal or aluminum plate that are used for BBQ)
When the balls rose to double the size, flatten each ball as much as you can without tearing them
Open the over and lay the pita on the heated plate
Check from time to time to avoid burning the pita
Remove when brown spots show up on the pita
