Ingredients:


· 8 oz dark chocolate

· ½ cup Parve margarine

· 4 hard mint candies, pulverized

· 1 ¼ cups sugar

· 3 eggs, beaten

· 1 tsp. vanilla extract


Directions:


1 Preheat oven to 300° F.

2 In a double boiler, melt chocolate and parve margarine.

3 Remove from heat and add pulverized mints and sugar, beating well.

4 Then add eggs and vanilla.

5 Pour evenly into 6 well-greased 4” pie tins or fluted cake mini-pans.

6 Bake for 15 minutes or until top appears solid.

7 Before serving, let stand 10 minutes.

8 Serve warm.
