Doug:
2 pound flour
2 tbsp dry yeast
2 tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
Water
Filling:
4 onion, chopped
6 tbsp olive oil
1 pound chopped pumpkin
Salt
Black pepper
Oil for deep frying
Directions:
Dough:
Mix all dough ingredient and kneed them to achieve smooth and flufy dough
Filling:
Fry the onion in the oil oilce until golden
Add the pumpkin the salt and the pepper and cook to achieve a paste
On a floury surface flatten the dough to achieve a thin layer
Cut circles using a glass or an appropriate tool
Put pumpkin paste in the center of each circle and fold the dough so half a circle is achieved
Pinch the perimeter of the half circle to close the paste
Heat oil and deep fry the dumplings until golden.
