2 Pound peeled potato
1 large chopped onion
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
4 tbsp oilve oil
Directions:
Fry the chopped onion and the turmeric in the olive oil until golden.
Cut the potatoes into half and slice each half into thin slices and add to onion.
Add the salt and the water and cook in low heat for 30 minutes.
