2 packs tofu (about 40 oz)
¼ pound ground beef (or chicken)
1 tbsp dried chili pepper
½ tsp Sichuan pepper
3 chopped garlic cloves
½ cup chopped green onion
2 tbsp hot chili bean sauce
2 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp wine
4 tbsp soy sauce
Directions:
Cut the tofu into cubes (about 1 inch)
Heat the wok and add the oil
Fry the beef until it turns white
Add the chili pepper and the bean sauce and stir until golden
Add the garlic the wine and 1 cup water, cover and cook for 2 minutes
Add the tofu and soy sauce, cover and cook for 5 minutes
Add the green onion and the corn starch mix and mix gently
Move to serving bowl, sprinkle the Sichuan pepper on top and serve
