Ingredients for 5 servings:
10 cleaned sardines
50 gr Bakala eggs
3 cups of Morocan arisa
3 spoons of chopped cilantro
1 spoon chopped fresh garlic
1 spoon cumin
1 tsp salt
3 beaten eggs
1 cup flower seasoned with salt and white pepper
Oil for deep frying
Mix the arissa, the cilantro, the cumin and the salt.
Flatten a sardine and spread on it 1 spoon of the mix and close with another sardine to make a sandwich.
Freeze the 5 sandwiches for 2-3 hours. Deep each sandwich in the beaten egg and in the flour and deep fry each side for 2 minutes until golden.
You may decorate with lemon slices.
