Ingredients:


2 lb carps (sliced)
1 cup chopped parsley
½ cup chopped mint
½ cup chopped scalions
4 chopped garlic cloves
1 crushed tomato
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp ground cardamom
¼ tsp ground turmeric
½ ground dry cilantro
Salt to taste


Directions:


Mix all ingredients except the carp.
Add the carp slices and mix Bring everything to boil and then cook in low heat until the carps are done.
