1 lb flour
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp margarine
1 tsp salt
2 cups warm water
Oil for deep frying
Mix all ingredients until smooth dough is achieved.
Cover the dough with a towel and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Flip the dough a couple of times and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Repeat this step 3 times.
Heat oil (1/2 inch deep) in a pan, when hot lower the heat.
Portion the dough to about a golf ball sizes, flatten them and fry both sides in low heat.
