Ingredients:


2 cups rice
2 pound beef (cut to cubes)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup of chopped celery leaves
4 chopped scallions
6 chopped garlic clovers
½ tsp salt
1 tsp lemon salt
2 cups water


Directions:


Cook all ingredients except the rice, until the beef is tender.
Take out the beef and pour in the rice, cook until rice is half cooked.
Add the beef and cook until the rice is fully cooked.
