Ingredients:


3 pound of frozen white fish or cod or any other common fish
2 red pepperscut into small squares
Hot pepper according to taste
8 garlic clovers
2 tbsp of paprika
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 cilantro bunch
1/3 cup olive oil
1 ½ cup water


Directions:


Thigh the fish and cut to pieces that each would be a serving.
Wash the fish pieces and sprinkle juice from 3 fresh lemons, then spread 1 tbsp of course salt on top of the fish and store in refrigerator for an hour.
Use a large pot or pan, lay the red pepper, half of the cilantro bunch as is, the garlic, the olive oil and the water, and boil for 15 minutes on medium heat.
Wash the fish from the salt and lemon and lay the pieces in the pot, then turn them over so they are covered with the sauce in the pot.
Cook uncovered for 15 minutes.
Chop the rest of the cilantro and sprinkle it and the salt and the black pepper on top of the fish.
Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes more making sure there is always liquid but not too much.
