Ingredients:


1 pound firm tofu
1 ground onion
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp honey
1 cup chopped cilantro
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp salt
1 can of tomato sauce
1 hot pepper


Directions:


Cut the tofu into ½ inch cubes or long stripes as you prefer.
In a large bowl mix the following: tofu, onion, honey, cilantro, cinnamon, cumin, salt.
In a large pan heat the olive oil, when oil is hot, add all ingredients and let them fry in the pan until gold.
Put the hot pepper among the tofu pieces (if you prefer it more spicy, cut it into pieces, the more pieces the more spicy, be careful)
Pour the tomato sauce over the patehs, cover and cook in low heat for 30 minutes and serve.
