2 cups whole rice
½ cup chopped parsley
2 tbsp grated lemon peel
1 1/2 cups clear chicken soup
2 cups water
½ tsp salt
Directions:
Bring the soup and water to boil
Add the rice and the salt, lower heat and simmer until liquids absorbed
Turn off heat and let cool down for 10 minutes
Add the parsley and the lemon peel, mix and serve
